Omicrom FT is a lightweight (4,8 Kg) highly portable monitor, for use as transport and bed-side monitor either for adult patients and for neonates. It has been specially designed to provide a full range of parameters. It can be connected to an external printer or to the Omicrom Central Station.

Several models are available, depending on the specific parameters that it provides. It has a high contrast electroluminiscent graphic display and battery support.

For each model, a number of accessories applies. Several attachments are available, to make it easy of mounting. Also, for ambulances, an optional 12 volts DC to AC converter is available.

Omicrom FT has been designed for easy of use and easy of carrying. It also provides quality indicators for the measured signal.

General features

Omicrom trends all parameters for future review up to 72 hours. The trend memory is fixed in size enabling the user to choose between the length of trend time against the rate of trend sampling.

All parameters have alarm limits which can be set individually for all the parameters. If an alarm setting is violated, then an audible and visual indication is given.
It is possible to zoom and freeze the ECG waveform displayed.

Parameters

The device provides monitoring signals such as ECG, respiration, temperature, blood pressure (invasive and non invasive) and pulse oximetry.

Pulse Oximetry

The monitor provides reliable SpO2 readings, by means of an algorithm designed to filter out all motion related, ambient light and electrosurgical - device interferences. Data presentation includes plethhysmographic waveform and measurements including a pulse strenght vertical bargraph and Status Flags.

Temperature

Measurements can be taken with esofageal, rectal or surface probes.

Electrocardiogram

The monitor displays the heart rate values and waveform of the lead (I,II,III) selected by the user. Pacemakers can also be traced. The signal is filtered in order to reduce all electrical interferences (from power supply, defibrillator, diathermia, etc)

Non Invasive Blood Pressure

As a supervisory aid , the screen displays the pulsatile waveform captured from the cuff�s internal pressure to reassure about the reliability of the measured data ; Systolic, mean and diastolic measurement are taken using the oscillometric technique.

Invasive Blood Pressure

Up to Two channels are available, with complete features . Accessories are optional.
